Elysabeth Gelesky fell across Pilates by accident nearly twenty years ago and has been in love with it every day since. Pilates for All Seasons is a small, private studio fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment. Certified in New York City by the internationally recognized PhysicalMind Institute, Elysabeth is qualified to teach mat and apparatus classes in addition to the recently developed Standing Pilates. 

With a focus on controlled breathing and quality of movement, Pilates is one of the best ways to stay healthy. Many of the exercises are performed in either a reclining or seated position and most exercises are partially weight bearing which can have a positive effect on posture. Pilates teaches control and stability using small range of motion that gradually increases. Because of all this, it can be a great way to recover from an injury or an accident and most of all, it feels great!
